Seeing Stars

Time for another card.  Having put together all my favourite card ideas from past catalogues and magazines it makes it easy to pick something when you feel like being creative but draw a blank for ideas.  This one is a CASE from a magazine article by Jennifer Mcquire.  I love trying to recreate an idea using the stash you have.

Colours:  bashful blue, tangerine tango, certainly celery
Stamps: classic stars wheel (SU)
Finishing touches: white embossing powder, star punch, felt, rick rack border die (PTI), rhinestones
