Birthday card for a scientist
I love making cards that reflect the recipient. This one was no exception. But it did create a bit of a challenge as I had either a scientific theme or a lego theme to go with. The sentiment is a new one that I found recently while browsing the shelves of the craft aisle {love finding little gems and it had the added bonus of buy 2 get one free}. I teamed it up with some basic grey papers and the gears from a Lizzie Anne Design stamp set gizmos and gears {you can find them at Gourmet Rubber Stamps}. Sorted.
Colours: night of navy, crumb cake
Stamps: power of imagination (rosie's studio), gizmos and gears (LAD)
Finishing touches: granola papers (basic grey), stitching, black and copper embossing powder, photo anchor and brad
